Eileen Maloney
Performance Improvement Coordinator
As a registered Nurse since 1977, she gives oversight of the compliance with NJDOH and Medicare requirements. She develops/maintains policies, and reviews quality reports for infection control, occurrences, med errors, complaints, and follow-up processes. She coordinates Quality Measures and Patient Satisfaction activities, and participates in the coordination of staff education and the development of patient teaching materials, while also serving as the alternate Director as necessary to coordinate all Employee Health activities for new and current staff.
Jack Sternstein
Chief Marketing Officer
Jack is an accomplished and energetic Chief Marketing Officer with over fifteen years of experience trailblazing in the Health Care sector. Jack started in the DME industry and moved into Custom Rehab Mobility. Jack quickly became the premier vendor for Custom Seating Mobility. Four years ago, Jack transitioned into the home health care environment. Presently, Jack is the CMO for Promise Care NJ, overseeing the marketers and nurse liaisons and supporting his teams to provide quality care to our referral sources and patients. Jack continues to grow Promise Care constantly and strives for excellence when it comes to patient care and support. Jack sits on the Board of Directors of the Home Care and Hospice Association of NJ.
Mary Ellen Lissenden
Director of Nursing
Mary Ellen Lissenden holds a BSN in Nursing with over 30 years of working experience in various leadership roles, including both home health and hospice. Mary Ellen, a Hudson County resident, joined Promise Care in 2013 as the Director of Nursing/ Administrator. She leads all aspects of clinical operations and the delivery of patient care. One of the things that she values most about Promise Care is being a part of a committed, hard-working team that works well together to deliver excellent quality of care to our patients.
