Promise Care was founded in 2008 as a Certified Home Health Agency (HHA) and is licensed by the NJ Dept of Health (DOH) and CMS. Promise Care provides skilled nursing (RN, LPN) and therapies to patients dealing with newly diagnosed illnesses and conditions and post-operation recovery. Promise Care accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and all major insurances and serves Essex and Hudson Counties in NJ. Q: I have so many medications that are difficult to manage and I’m concerned I may not be taking them properly. Can you help?
A: Yes, your Promise Care nurse will confirm with your physician that all your medications are right for you and help develop a system to organize them.
