As the force behind repositioning Promise Care Skilled Home Health Agency in 2018, Shiggy is admired for his interpersonal acumen, process optimization, and visionary leadership. Tamar's commitment to Promise Care consistently ensures smooth operations and excellent care coordination for our families. With a diverse professional background spanning finance management, community building, and sales leadership, she brings a unique set of strengths to constantly raise company standards. Armed with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Touro College, Tamar's strategic insight, financial acumen, and empathetic leadership guide her in making a real difference in the care and support provided to clients. Ben Mandel, a seasoned financial executive and Certified Public Accountant, brings leadership and humility to his role of Promise Care’s Chief Financial Officer. With experience in public accounting, particularly within healthcare, and as a co-founder of a PCR lab, Ben injects team dynamics with humor, curating an uplifting work environment where employees feel recognized and empowered.
Jennifer has over 2 decades of experience as a registered nurse. Currently Jennifer leads all aspects of clinical operations and the delivery of patient care at Promise Care. Jennifer supports Promise Care’s mission by striving for excellence with a focus on metrics for clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. She is dedicated to providing the finest patient care possible, achieving high levels of patient satisfaction and driving process improvement. She succeeds by building resilient teams, identifying the diversity of strengths in her employees and by instilling in them the confidence to succeed. Jennifer is committed to ensuring, under her direction, excellent, quality care is given to each of Promise Care’s patients. Personally, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and entertaining friends. On her off time, you can often find her out with husband of nearly thirty years, enjoying a new restaurant or getting together with family and friends.
Jack is an accomplished and energetic Chief Marketing Officer with over twenty years of experience trailblazing in the Health Care sector. Jack started in the DME industry and moved into Custom Rehab Mobility. Jack quickly became the premier vendor for Custom Seating Mobility. Several years ago, Jack transitioned into the home health care environment. As the CMO for Promise Care NJ, he oversees the marketers and nurse liaisons and supports his teams to provide quality care to our referral sources and patients. Jack continues to grow Promise Care constantly and strives for providing excellent patient care and support. Jack sits on the Board of Directors of the Home Care and Hospice Association of NJ.
Michael has been an integral part of our team, serving as an Assistant Administrator with a strong background in professional services. With experience at Deloitte as a senior consultant, at Salesforce in technology implementations and client advisory, and at Augury contributing to innovative projects, Michael brings a wealth of expertise in consulting, business strategy, and digital transformation to his role. Michael's favorite part of working at Promise Care is the collaborative culture of the team, the support in being authentic to oneself, and the collective desire to allow each individual to succeed in their roles. Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing tennis and hanging out with friends and family.
Mary Ann Capetillo brings 14 years of diverse rehabilitation experience to our team, holding licenses in PT for both New Jersey and Florida. Her career spans across subacute care, long-term care, outpatient clinics, independent living facilities, and homecare. Mary Ann's expertise extends to managerial roles in finance, public relations, quality assurance, consultation, and business development, honing her leadership and strategic skills over 10 years in management. Her strengths lie in organization, empathy, and problem-solving, driving continuous improvement in patient care delivery. At Promise Care, Mary Ann appreciates our workplace culture, which prioritizes employee well-being and patient care. Jen has been an integral part of our team for 20 years, serving as an RN manager par excellence. With experience in camp nursing, LTC, and home health, Jen brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her strengths as a team player, responsible individual, and consistent performer have contributed to the cohesive environment of our workplace. Jen's favorite part of working at Promise Care is the supportive atmosphere collectively created by the staff, fostering a sense of camaraderie and growth-oriented environment. Bringing over 17 years of experience in home care, Lilly serves as the Clinical Nursing Manager at Promise Care. Her professional journey includes diverse roles like trauma nursing and leadership positions in intensive care and medical-surgical units. With a Ph.D. in Nursing and certifications in medical-surgical, paramedic, and phlebotomy tech, Lilly is committed to excellence, growth, and mentoring the next generation of nursing professionals. Her leadership style, marked by meticulous attention to detail and educational expertise, fosters collaboration and innovation. Outside work, Lilly finds joy in family travel, exploring new cultures, and indulging her love for music and dance.
Henrietta has been an integral part of our team, serving as a PT par excellence across diverse settings. With experience in gross motor PT at a SPED school, outpatient rehab management, Advanced Neuro Clinician Level IV at Burke Rehab Hospital, assistant DOR at subacute facilities, aquatic PT, continuing education adjunct instruction in neurodevelopmental techniques for adult hemiplegia, mechanical diagnosis and treatment, and field clinician and preceptor roles in homecare, Henrietta brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her strengths in empathy, adaptability, resilience, eagerness to learn, thinking outside the box rather than conforming to repetition, aspiring to lead rather than merely manage, and deep passion for her profession have contributed to the dynamic and innovative environment of our workplace. Henrietta's favorite part of working at Promise Care is how it fosters growth throughout the company, the collaborative culture of the team, the support in being authentic to oneself, and the collective desire to allow each individual to succeed in their roles. Outside of work, Henrietta enjoys traveling, bowling, table tennis, partying, foodie treks, single malt tastings, and hanging out with friends, reflecting her adventurous and social lifestyle.
Ellie has been an RN for 25 years. She has been at Promise Care for over 20 years as a field clinician and recently Clinical Manager. She has her BSN and WCC and speaks fluent Italian and Spanish. Ellie is bubbly and energetic. She has a strong clinical background and adores wounds. Her favorite part of working at Promise Care is that everyone is kind and welcoming and it really feels like a family, knowing some for decades. She is an avid women’s soccer fan and enjoys going to games with her family. She also loves hanging out with her grandkids.
Daniella Bonano is an accomplished Clinical Manager and Registered Nurse with extensive experience in home health, hospice care, wound care, and clinical operations. In her current role, she oversees patient care delivery, leads interdisciplinary teams, and ensures clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality outcomes. She manages complex cases, supports care coordination, and drives patient-centered care across diverse populations. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Daniella brings compassion, strong leadership, and a commitment to clinical excellence to every patient and team she supports.
As a Wound Care Certified specialist, Daniella is highly skilled in assessing and managing complex wounds using evidence-based practices. Daniella has a passion for staff development—mentoring new nurses, serving as a clinical resource, and fostering a supportive learning environment for nursing students and team members as she continues to pursue advanced degrees in Nursing Education and Leadership Administration.
As a new member of the Promise Care leadership team, Daniella most appreciates the supportive, friendly, and genuinely caring environment both in the office and in the field. Outside of work, Daniella enjoys international travel, being a sports mom, spending time with her family and dachshunds as well as learning new languages.
