Psychiatric Care

Our Psychiatric Home Care Program provides in-home psychiatric care to psychiatric patients, as well as medical patients, who are experiencing difficulty coping with their illness. Our staff is comprised of Masters prepared Advanced Practice, ANCC Certified Psychiatric Nurse Clinicians.

Our staff provides:

• Medication and Education monitoring
• Assessment of the home situation
• Assessment of the patient's adjustment to living in the community
• Individual and family psychotherapy
• Psychosocial education

The physician supervises the jointly established Plan of Care, which our staff implements with the goals of:

• Increasing medication compliance
• Decreasing hospitalizations
• Development of a more satisfying life
• Increased ability to access out-patient services
